Commission is calculated on your set offering price only. The fan service fee and any add-on fees are separate and do not factor into your earnings.
The service fee covers Stripe payment processing and platform infrastructure costs — Vocograph receives no commission on free offerings. If the fan opts into the personal message & photo add-on, the $2.99 covers the extra personalisation handling; creator earnings remain $0 either way.
Stripe's fees and schedules vary by country and account type and are set by Stripe, not Vocograph. Review your Stripe connected account dashboardfor the rates applicable to you. Vocograph does not receive any portion of Stripe's fees.
Fee rates may be updated from time to time. Vocograph will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any rate changes by updating this page and the effective date above, and by posting notice on the platform. We will also endeavor to notify registered users by email, but notice is considered valid once posted here. The rate in effect at the time a request is submitted applies to that transaction — rate changes are never retroactive to already-submitted requests.
